This McDonald's just reopened after a major renovation and they do not have their act together. There is zero assistance from the crew who are all basically hidden in the back. They were clearly overwhelmed and still figuring things out--but that's not really an excuse. It's not like everything is half off because you get half the service. And come on, the place is clearly packed, you can afford to pay someone to just be up front helping with customers!

They should tear the new building down and try again. It was clearly not designed for customers. It is dark and cramped and you cannot see into the kitchen so have no idea what is going on. Ordering kiosks are scattered around with no clear lines and you can no longer fill your own drinks or get condiments, napkins, etc. seating is limited and is too close together. I was excited because it is close to my house but I will now avoid this location.

First and foremost I felt like I was walking into a third word country. Not sure what the required language is but I don't speak it And second I go to McDonald's to save money not waste and spend too much. After ypur company's app decided to not to work after I walked into the store I assumed 1 of ypur employees would be able to help but nope she had no idea what I was saying to her . And why?? Because she doesn't understand English.
Good Job McDonald's give me more reasons to stop going here your really on a roll
And fyi , if your in your line of work, and you need a face mask to go to work then you shouldn't go to work keep your germs to your self and away from my food

Food was McDonald's quality. Service was ok. They didn't bring it to you at your seat.which they supposed to, instead u had to wait to grab it and it's a long wait cause they served food Inside and outside. After my food staff was sweeping and didn't even say excuse me and swept right and around my area..I tried communicating with her and she didn't understand English. I watched her go and do it to other customers. Sad..
