We enjoy breakfasts and brunches and when we want to invest time and $ to go we always try to do our homework. We can most highly recommend Joseph’s Two - and clearly based on the packed house and line we are not alone. Consistently great food service and friendly folks in a non-chalant place. We’ve tried almost everything and it’s all great. Home fries exceptional and breakfast burrito with chorizo hash very good. Inhaled that! It was yummy. Hash & eggs with a side sausage. Plenty of choices though. Menu was two full pages worth of breakfast foods. All the staples and then some. Nice waitress who probably has been here for years. It was a Friday morning and there were 4-5 tables seated so there's room when not rush hour. If you're in Waltham or surrounding and need a breakfast fix. This is a good choice.
