Food is okay, been here multiple times and they’ve messed up my order twice, service is horrible, not nice at all and clearly doesn’t care for customers, atmosphere is a little dirty but okay at best. I do not recommend this location.

Took over 20 minutes for them to give me an untoasted bagel and some yogurt with fruit in it. They skipped over my order in the queue for at least 5 people and almost gave my order without the bagel. Ended up being late to class because of this. Never again.

The staff were good and made good sandwiches. You can order from a machine and sit in a Panera or get it to go.
You know what you are getting.

One of the dirtiest and ugliest Paneras out there. Nothing is clean or tidy. Coffee bar is overflowing with dishes. The tray area as well (see the photo). Unfortunately, it stinks too. This is no place to eat something.
The service is extremely slow. Staff is too slow as if there are no customers in the restaurant. I had to wait 15 mins for 1 muffin. I had to ask 4 times before someone actually picked up the muffin and gave it to me. While I was waiting, I could see other customers’ frustration as well. Panera needs do a quality check on this address.
