In more than one occasion, the cafe completely forgot to add the main ingredient (chicken or beef) to the sandwich. Having ordered for pickup, it's simply frustrating to come home and realize the food you ordered is missing!

Typically Panera is one of my favorite places, however, not recommending this location. They were short staffedOne mature woman was taking orders, filling bakery orders, refilling coffee carafes, and emptying trash. Guess they didn't have a person to manage the diswasher, our food was packaged as a take out order rather than a dine-in. There were no dishes or traysIt was a bad day for this location.Not my usual "atta boy" for Panera

We ordered the combo lunch half a sandwhich,cup of soup The tomato and squash soup came out barely warm, and the half sandwich was barely OK mostly bread and skimpy on the turkey and avocado and dry,salty as well as the soup The bill was over thirty dollars while the sign posted was 8.99 each. Very deceiving

really gross in here. I've seen rats twice, flies usually, clean tables rarely, and a centipede that fell from the ceiling into my hair once. I keep coming because I'm fairly sure the rats can't swim in the charged lemonade

I was outside waiting for a mobile order and realized my car was having issues in the parking lot. While I was trying to figure out what was wrong the employee Victoria came out on her break to help me see what was going on. The sweetest, nicest lady I ever met. Panera should give this woman a raise.

This place has the worst staff I’ve seen as a driver or customer they don’t help anyone they just sit on the phone or talk to each other while people are waiting and when you ask for help they snap at you and start yelling that they are busy when clearly they are not…managers did no better to help the place is a sh]t show.

I ordered a catered lunch for my company, and I just want to say that the catering team has excellent customer service. Our drinks had been left out of the initial delivery, and when I called the café they were very kind and professional. The delivery driver came back with the drinks and a complimentary dessert from the trouble (and he was very kind and professional as well!) I really appreciated how great the experience was, and will be ordering from this Panera again. Thank you!
