They have gotten rid of the soda fountains and at least one of the garbage cans. Where is a customer supposed to get rid of there waste after eating? Customers will just leave there garbage on the table, making more work for the employees.

When here was about 2 o’clock in the afternoon, all the chairs in the dining room was still on the table. I asked if I could sit in the dining room and got an odd reply like they didn’t want me to use the dining room! Ordered an extra large cheese pizza, location not busy took over 40 minutes and was barely cooked. This place needs a better manager to straighten out the staff no leadership!!!!!

They gave my pizza to someone else and made me wait 30 mins for another pizza, even though they were not even remotely busy. Didn’t offer anything off or free for waiting. Manager was too busy gossiping with teenage workers.

The restaurant itself is kind of a dump. Every table we sought to sit at was dirty. The food was excellent
We ordered food from this location to support our local school. The chicken wings were good BUT my husband ate the chicken prior to opening the box of pizza. My son took two slices of pizza and set it on his plate. There was hair on it. I called to let them know what happened. The manager got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that the people making the pizza are all bald. He also said nobody that works there has dark hair. He said he would refund the pizza. I think management needs to do better when responding to situations like this.

I needed three gluten-free pizzas to be ready at the beginning of the day for a special event and Lexington St., Waltham Papa Ginos did a great job!

I ordered food via the app and the food was delicious. However, service should improve as I noticed several customers waiting to either pick up and or order their food. There was one young family standing in front of the register to order their food for 20 min and I told them to speak up, otherwise they would continue being ignored. There were 4 employees and the only one who appeared to be keeping track of orders, running around, and handling customers was Dawson (I think that was his name). He was very nice and apologetic with the extended wait, but no reason someone should be working behind the line as the cook and register when there are 4 employees working. The restaurant is not well run and needs organization. I love Papa Gino’s food but the restaurant desperately needs help in running the business.
