They have gotten rid of the soda fountains and at least one of the garbage cans. Where is a customer supposed to get rid of there waste after eating? Customers will just leave there garbage on the table, making more work for the employees.
They gave my pizza to someone else and made me wait 30 mins for another pizza, even though they were not even remotely busy. Didn’t offer anything off or free for waiting. Manager was too busy gossiping with teenage workers.
I ordered food via the app and the food was delicious. However, service should improve as I noticed several customers waiting to either pick up and or order their food. There was one young family standing in front of the register to order their food for 20 min and I told them to speak up, otherwise they would continue being ignored.
