Great service in a SUPER BUSY spot. Staff was great from cashier to server. There had to be 20 drinks prepared waiting for pickup. Don't feel like I waited a long time for an in-store order. Store showed some signs of a busy morning but understandable.

Ordered $50-60 of stuff and even tipped, food cold, and they get mad when you ask for a bag, I've worked foodservice for years and understand it gets busy but how hard is it to manage warming up premade food and mixing liquids together like come on, no wonder so many locations are closing. I stopped going for months before when they got mad at me for asking for a water after ordering $60 of stuff

Great staff very nice and accommodating but: the food is generally terrible and the coffee is even worse. The new Cortado is an embarrassment and shouldn't be allowed to be called cortado. And it's both for the quality of the espresso and the inability of almost any Starbucks employee in the world to heat milk properly. Lastly, the place is always dirty, missing chairs and basically screams "please don't hang out here".

I'm actually grateful that they made my drink so terrible because I needed to kick my Starbucks habit anyways. Paid over $10 for 1 drink only to not get any of the extras I added in and for it to be completely diluted with cream. I even added an extra espresso shot but all I could taste was cream. :/

I go to this location 2-3 times a week, I get a venti caramel Frappuccino, 95% of the time you can't even tell it's what I ordered and I get extra caramel. When you tell them it doesn't taste like what you ordered they look at you as if you're crazy. There's one young lady that gets it spot on every time, I wish I knew her name. Even though it's convenient to go there it's time to find a new location
