The food was too salty the veal scalopini was floating in the sauce also too salty the clam casino no clam but all bread crumb and also too salty
It was a private party/wedding.
I just attended the most wonderful 80th birthday party at Stazione de Federale. The food was superb, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff pleasant and professional. The menu of appetizers, charcuterie and pizza allowed for a relaxed atmosphere and lots of visiting around the room. I highly recommend this venue for a great party.
Beautiful restaurant. Food is unusual and traditional, and really delicious.
Food is fairly mediocre. Not terrible but I’ve certainly had better. Staff was pretty inattentive to our needs. I think they checked in once maybe 20 minutes after they dropped the food. There were some issues with the food we ordered so the ability to convey our concerns early on in the meal would have been appreciated.
The swordfish was not fresh and had a bad scent. The pasta was overcooked. The vegetables didn’t have much flavor. Overall, the food was overpriced. The 4.7 rating that I had seen on Google was deceiving and not accurate.
Excellent value. Service was exceptional. Wine list very comprehensive and by type and regions of Italy. Menu varied, something for everyone. Loved the architecture and ambiance. Beautiful space and natural lighting. I had the delicious Beef Capraccio and Porcini Mushroom with delicate pasta purses. Husband had a tiered tomato and bufalo mozzarella Caprese Salad and Pork Milanesa. We enjoyed everything. A bottle of Abruzzo region red wine paired beautifully. We finished with a Sambucco each and took home bourbon cheesecake. Food scratch made!!!! Will go again!
Very good Italian food and atmosphere. One of my new favorite spots in Waltham. The drinks were really good as well. Overall would definitely recommend giving it a try.
We were a party of six to celebrate my birthday. I had read mixed reviews for this restaurant but was willing to give it a chance. The salads were excellent, but when our meals arrived, my shrimp were cold and undercooked. Can't get rid of the feeling of biting into rubbery uncooked shrimp. Another person in my party had scallops and they were undercooked as well, and a third person in the party also had undercooked scallops. Not sure how you get that wrong. Two of us sent our meals back, my shrimp came back overcooked. They did comp two of our meals, (the third person didn't want to send his back, but we told the server at the end of the meal that his was undercooked too.) They brought out a beautiful plate of cannolis with a candle on it, those were delicious. Not sure I'd rush back there again.

Absolutely fantastic I have Celiac and I was able to eat the gluten-free items with no issues. I even waited 3 hours after dinner to make sure before I wrote this review
The shrimp were overcooked and dry in the scampi appetizer, but Marsala sauce in the chicken entree was delicious. Service was excellent, and ambience very nice.
A nice dinner but just a few tweaks would have made it great. Pacing on courses was rushed, braciole was a little overdone, clams were a little bready - fabulous wine list, terrific short rib ravioli
Beautiful Italian place with abundant off-street parking. I appreciated the fact that their lovely bar area was separated from the dining room by a divider, so noise was kept to a minimum. Our server was spectacular, knowledgeable and patient with our requests. Favorite dish of the night was the Clams Casino but I also really liked the silky fresh pasta which accompanied my Braciole.
Terrific contemporary Italian menu. Asparagus risotto was outstanding with the cod dish.
