Every time I go they are always so kind and patient. They will tell you what is in each shake and/or tea if you want to know the flavors/ what's in it before you pick what you want. They do tea and shake combos in different sizes. You can get just a shake or just a tea different sizes as well. You can add different things to your beverage like collegen and many other things.
