Ben and Jerry's ice cream always sets a good standard for the sweet treats, but the staff here were the stars on our visit. They were patient and kind. Helped out when the toddler dropped a cone on the ground.

Seemed busy but didn't rush us. Environment is upbeat with dancing music. Have been before, will come again.

Was a great spot to visit, esp with the kiddo.

My time here at Ben & Jerrys was impeccable. After rolling in 10 minutes before closing, expecting side eyes, and rushed service, I was actually given the complete opposite. The staff were extremely friendly and quite welcoming despite the late time. While looking through the dipping case wondering which flavors I was going to have, one of the staff offered for samples and told me to take my time, I didn't feel like a burden at all! The shop was also relatively clean...

Nate and Gustavo are incredible at scooping ice cream. Every time I walk in, the music sets a great vibe, and their service is always perfect. Their fun personality and excellent customer service make the experience even better. Plus, they keep the place clean and welcoming. It’s always a treat to stop by!
