Drey was an awesome example of customer service! Great team at this location!
Normally great place with lovely service but the other day one of the employees was very rude to my wife who was waiting patiently for our order and then Darius insisted to her that they did not offer a military and law enforcement discount, which I have verified that they do both before and after. She ended up leaving without getting anything rather than continue dealing with this treatment.

My first visit at a Jersey Mikes. OMG, the sandwich was excellent and the folks behind the counter were professional and friendly.

Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular sandwich shop that has received mixed reviews from customers. While many praise the great taste of their subs, particularly the Turkey Regular and Club Sub, some have been disappointed with the limited number of pickles on their sandwiches. The staff is generally described as friendly and welcoming, often going the extra mile to ensure customers with allergies are served safely. However, the service times have become slower in recent years, with mobile orders sometimes taking priority over in-person orders. Despite these issues, Jersey Mike's remains a favorite for many, with one customer even driving the extra distance to visit this specific location due to its exceptional customer service.
