Lately, I've noticed that Orly is consistently present. The place is cleaner, and she is clearly making an effort to ensure customers are satisfied by checking orders and confirming all details. However, I have observed that she is not treated well.

I requested a different steak because the one displayed in the window appeared extremely dry and didn't look right. However, one of the male staff members was incredibly disrespectful to the girl who was trying to accommodate my simple request. It would have been a five-star experience if their disrespectful behavior hadn't made the entire interaction so awkward. It was, after all, just a steak.

This place has really stepped it up. Whoever they put in place to manage this location is doing a great job. I wouldn't come here at all in years past because it was an awful experience every time. Now I go all the time.
