I had a great experience at this Dunkin. The place was very clean and well-kept, which made it feel welcoming right away. All of the employees were kind and had a positive attitude. I bought a coffee and a donut. The service was fast, and my order was ready in no time. It’s clear that the staff works hard and takes pride in what they do. This is definitely one of the best Dunkin locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I came all the from roslindale to this Dunkin’ Donuts thinking because they haven’t been renovated yet the lemonade and tea and made fresh daily but to my surprise I ordered a refresher and other lemonade and the lemonade was definitely old! Order with ⚠️ caution! Smell you’re lemonade refresher before sipping it if it’s old it’ll have an old beer or alcoholic smell that smells sour and putrid!

Classic DD, my usual stop for decades. They're chronically understaffed, the owner needs to hire more help.
This location lacks consistency. I mobile order and I'm never guaranteed the correct beverage. I just ordered a latte and the amount milk in my cup is wrong. Ice completely melted just wrong all together. I could smell the milk. I'm pretty sure they missed the espresso part in my $6 beverage. Just annoyed.
I'm editing my review because again I mobile order and they only gave me 1 out of 2 donuts order then mad eme a match latte instead of a machiatto. I use this location because I work near bye. My frustration stems from my prior employment at dunkins. And it's not rocket science espresso milk and caramel. They gave me a green drink. Ridiculous
