The orange chicken was okay the lo mein with vegetables was good and the portion size was good. I wish the employees have more smiley faces and more welcoming.

The hand pulled noodles are amazing! Very authentic and fresh.

I recommend the N3. Spicy Hot Oil Seared Noodles. This was one of the best hand pulled noodles I've had. 11/10.

The Kung Pao Chicken came with either white rice or fried rice and a soup (we chose egg drop soup). There were more veggies than shrimp, and although the shrimp was good the veggies were a bit hard.

Regardless, definitely a great authentic restaurant for hand pulled noodles.

This is a simple little shop that has excellent wide hand pulled noodles and pork and lamb buns. We are not from the area and needed a quick afternoon bite so I stopped in and got the Spicey Hot Oil hand pulled noodles with bok choy. As soon as I opened the container the delicious smell of garlic and Szechuan peppers floated out. Gorgeous fresh home made noodles and freshly sautéed greens? Yasss! The “burgers” were yummy and easy to eat while we drove home. When I’m back in the area, I want to try some of the soups. But the noodles are excellent! Highly recommend.

Delivery was fast, the food was hot, and the scallion soy hand pulled noodles were a standout.

In both noodle dishes the noodles and meat had a great texture with a good flavor in the sauce. The ‘Burger’ was okay but not bad. I feel it deserves more customers.

Ordered Taiwanese Beef Noodle - the menu never mentioned its spicy, and the authentic Taiwanese beef noodle shouldn’t be spicy, but the noodle had a lot of chili peppers in it, the flavor is completely different from what I expected.
And the beef - not sure how old the meat is, it tasted like dry cardboards, definitely not freshly cooked meat. I stopped eating after two bites.
I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, it’s neither authentic Chinese food, nor good food in any way.

This is my second time to Hometaste. The taste is as good as before. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and the service attitude is also very good. I will patronize it as always.

I went to this restaurant on 7/29/25, there were about 3 of us customers including me. The waiter came for my order I ordered a soup then asked for a piece of lime on the side, because I felt nauseous, the waiter didn’t blink and told me they have no limes…she didn’t want to check with the kitchen to see if they had limes she simply said no limes. I told her that’s okay, no need to place the order, I paid $1.60 for my ginger-ale and left.
The waiter’s demeanor was I don’t care for you so don’t brother me. So, I decided to spend my money elsewhere

Disappointed with home taste, it used to be really good, I don't know what happened, the last three times I've ordered food they either messed up my order or the food is cold and tasteless.
I don't think I'll be coming back.

Orange chicken and General Tso's chicken felt like they were only breading. Very little chicken.
