We ordered food from here for the first time and were blown away by the range of flavors, the quality and the distinctiveness of the cooking. I spoke with the owner/chef who told me the dishes available (it is a tiny establishment) and I ordered hummus, baba ghanous, and 3 main dishes that came with tabouleh salad. Each dish was unique and spectacular. All 3 of us were wowed by the flavors, textures and overall quality. I live in Watertown and have been meaning to check this place out for ages. I will definitely be ordering again and look forward to visiting the restaurant once things open again. It takes something really special to get me to write a review - bravo Kareem's!

The food is extremely delicious. It was prepared right in front of us as we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. The food is a bit over priced, but is totally worth it. Make sure you have cash or check as they don't accept cards! Oops!

I went to Kareem's with my wife and we had the pita & hummus, a salad, and some grilled chicken and some vegetarian dish (wife ordered, but don't remember the name of). Everything was fantastic. Fresh, simple and healthy. Would definitely recommend!
It was excellent. Service was as good as the veal! Highly recommend eating at the bar.
