I would like to thank Collin Hennessy, he turned a bad experience into a good one! I went in about a week or two ago, and I was given the wrong order and by the time I realized it was too late to fix it. I called him the same night and I got a phone call the next day from him. He looked at my order, told me to come back to the store and he would take care of that. I went back, and I was taken care of. Food was excellent. I stopped visiting this location about 4 months ago because...
Their system for filling orders doesn't work. I ordered using their kiosk and then waited a half hour for the food. Mostly watched the staff looking at overhead screens with confused looks on their faces. When I entered the restaurant there was only a few people in there when I finally left there were about thirty people waiting for orders. Food and shakes were okay but really not worth the wait. I've been to shake shack at two different locations about five years...
Delicious comfort food. Great menu. Quick and friendly service. Great location.
Parking: A lot of spots for 30 minute parking. A few free spots. A parking garage around the corner.
