This place is overcharging for food. I’ve had a meatball sub from 2 other subways and it was roughly 8 dollars. Here it was 12.30 LOL.

This franchise is a total scam. Whoever owns and manages this place is all about the bottom line. Most minimalistic sandwiches servings I've ever had. They rung up my whole order as individual items to drive the price up and charged me adult sandwich prices on my kids meal orders. Trash humans!!!

Been there twice. First time was fine. Second time ordered ahead after work. Sandwich wasn't the bread I chose but that's fine. What wasn't fine was eating half the sandwich and pulling a long hair out of it.

Someone hacked into my app and used my info and credit card 4 times within 24 hours at this same location 4 times. I live in Ohio nowhere near MA. Finally after calling a few times and someone picking up the phone. Talked to the manger and told me couldn’t do anything with the app and hung up on me. Couldn’t even give me corporate number or how I should handle the situation. Thank you!

The subs were okay but the employee clearly didn't want to be there. Was literally slapping and throwing toppings on the subs. It was rough to watch.

When I asked politely the sub not to be toasted the staff member was reluctant to take it out and then said. "Not my problem". Which is a rather aggressive response to a simple request.

This has been a long time coming. In truth I should have stopped patronizing this place quite some time ago, but it is a block from where I work and I am somewhat mobility impaired. I have a simple order, a 6" BLT, no frills. Lettuce, tomato, bacon, mayo. Over that past few months they have gotten progressively worse at making this simple sandwich. I've been getting tomato butts, all of the letuce either with brown edges, all at one end of the roll or both. Today I got the tomato butts and *only* the butts and no mayo at all! I have learned my lesson. I won't be back. If I have to walk an extra block to get a decent sandwich, then so be it. By the way, I am NOT in Providence RI, I am in Watertown, MA

If there is zero star I would like to give them first of all they don't listen properly I want veggi delight because I am vegetarian but they did put chicken and with the same gloves they are carrying pork chicken and everything. They are not considered even I am vegetarian. And although I told them to put my bread in oven they didn't want to make it.They avoid it. If you want to earn money go somewhere else serve properly to customer.
