When I asked politely the sub not to be toasted the staff member was reluctant to take it out and then said. "Not my problem". Which is a rather aggressive response to a simple request.
This has been a long time coming. In truth I should have stopped patronizing this place quite some time ago, but it is a block from where I work and I am somewhat mobility impaired. I have a simple order, a 6" BLT, no frills. Lettuce, tomato, bacon, mayo. Over that past few months they have gotten progressively worse at making this simple sandwich.
