Had Chicken Parm sub and fries. I like cutlets for my chicken parm, not small tenders but it still tasted okay as there was plenty of cheese and sauce was okay. A bit pricy at $18 for what I got.

Mel's Café never disappoints. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. The place is always full, but you always find a place to sit or only need to wait for a few minutes to be seated (Not waiting for 2 hours is definitely a plus).

This place is our hidden gem! Food is always delicious never have to wait more than 5 minutes. So many menu options and I love that they cover so many dietary needs. Today I watched a mom concerned for her child’s allergies speak with the chef and he showed her a package just to be extra cautious of their needs. I look forward to my next trip in!

It was super amazing! Went on a Sunday morning and it was packed (for good reason!) Despite all the customers, the service was still pretty great! I had the pancake sandwich, and it was awesome. It was way better than I expected. Also, their muffins are AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and get one of them poppyseed muffins :D Toasted and buttered is OOOHH BOY!
It was sort of expensive (just shy of $20/person) but probably worth it. Staff was friendly and attentive as well! I'd totally reccemed Mel's Cafe!

Ham in my vegetarian omelette, the crab cakes in hubby’s crab cake Benedict had never seen a crab (all breading). Raw breakfast potatoes. When we let the server know she barely acknowledged the complaint and didn’t do anything about it. Don’t recommend and will not go again

I would give this place 100 stars if I could!!! The food was incredible and the service was fast. Parents - run don’t walk to Mel’s! We brought our 2 littles (20 months and 2 months) and everyone was incredible. They were so kind despite the normal toddler chaos and even offered to cut my food for me while I was breastfeeding so I could eat too. Literally the best experience we have ever had dining out! I could have cried because of how nice they all were. Thank you so much Mel’s!!!!

Pretty good menu options, but unfortunately overpriced and quality is poor. The potato pancakes, and potato and egg dish, had no taste to them. That and everyone else besides the toast was also bland, and gave us a stomachache. The table smelled like wet dirty rags...Disappointed because this place was pretty good before, but quality has gone down. I won't be coming back here for a while, if at all. I hope it improves. :(

Mel's was wonderful! My father and I were visiting town for my sister's graduation and wanted somewhere to get breakfast. We chose Mel's based on the good reviews and no wait time. It was my favorite meal the whole trip. HUGE portion sizes with unique flavors that are delicious and satisfying. I got an Omelette with the home fries and a side of the featured apple French toast. I was not expecting how much food I was going to receive! The home fries were seasoned like Thanksgiving stuffing and the French toast tasted like apple pie. Only took off one star from service because it was hard to flag down our server. Go to Mel's, you will be glad you did!
