The restaurant is divided into two floors – one downstairs section and one upstairs section – to allow for additional seating capacity. In the summer season, an outdoor seating patio on the second level gives patrons a great view of the traffic flow through Cleveland Circle. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an upscale dining experience in one of Boston's bustling neighborhoods.“

“I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.“

“I didn't expect anything but the usual chains at a highway rest stop, but this place looked better than McDonalds so I got the chipotle mac & cheese and the broccoli cheddar soup. Both were great! Glad to know there's a place like this on the Pike.“

“Had a delicious dinner last night at Avenue and wish we had checked it out sooner. Amazing wine and cocktail. Tried the Brie appetizer and Avenue Flatbread, which were both delicious and unique! “First visit here since the restaurant change. Inside is cozy with live music which was a welcome surprise. Definitely check out their drink specials which were also great. Bartenders were top notch. However, I ordered the steak tips medium rare and they came out almost medium well. It also came with rice pilaf which was wicked dry and had no flavor.“

“Seemed a little odd that the restaurant appears to be part of an apartment complex, but that thought dissipated once we were inside. Our server (forget her name) was super kind, welcoming, friendly, attentive but not overbearing- she was great! We had a large party of 9 and she handled it perfectly. The spinach dip and meatballs were both very good, would definitely recommend. I got the chicken, broccoli, ziti pasta and it was AMAZING!! Everyone else was really happy with their meals- chicken parm, calabrian chicken sandwich, baked haddock, etc. and my kids loved their kids meals. We got chocolate mouse cake for dessert and it was a little dry and boring, would skip that next time. Overall, would definitely return!!“

“We were there early on a Sunday morning and suffered I think from that case of decreased service with few customers overall that can happen when the place isn't very busy. Only three tables when our food came, and five occupied when we left, but after following our food out to say hi, we never saw the waiter again. No drinks refreshed and after we sat for a bit with empty plates, I had to ask another waiter to find our check. We would have lingered more as the food, as always, is delicious, but didn't feel up to keeping track of the waiter.“

“My family and I just returned from the Charles River Chapter of the Bay State Council of the Blind Holiday Party at John Brewers. It’s at least the 12th year we have been going there. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The food is always good and they provide braille menus. We all had a great time.“

“We used Tasetfully Done to cater our daughter's bridal shower. We were thrilled with the quality of the food and the service! Everything was delicious, and beautifully presented. As we had guests with gluten and dairy allergies, we needed to modify the menu and Jimmy was very accomodating, ensuring that those guests would be able to have choices on the menu.
