Don’t get me wrong- I love bagels. These bagels simply were not fresh, and I was the first customer on a Saturday morning. Don’t know if the store in Truro or Wellfleet is the same.
Went in because it used to be another business that we would go to all the time and I wanted to see and patronize the new business. There were very few bagels because we were there late in the morning but besides that I noticed that the bagel prices were really high (high price for bagel and even higher prices for the add ons). I was no about to support that so instead I just got a ridiculously small container of orange juice because I did not want to be rude and just walk out. There were no prices listed for any of the drinks in the grab and go refrigerator but imagine my shock when the thing was almost 7 bucks! Once again embarrassed to say anything I just paid it, made sure to get my 17 cents change and walked out. Never again will I go there.

Delicious bagels. Lovely staff. You might have to wait a bit for your order but you can always poke around the tourist trap shop next door or hang out at the picnic tables while you wait. Been back 2x because it was so good. Also funny, cute t-shirts.

Slow as molasses. $25 for two bagels and a couple of gross nitro cold brews since they were out of ice.

Great to find good bagels on the Cape. Take a look at the sandwich menu. The Smashed Avo on an Everything bagel is delightful. The Hound BLT and The Poet also were great.

Got there literally a few minutes before they closed. They only had 6 bagels (1 plain and 5 cheese) left, which is understandable. They would not let us buy a single cheese bagel, saying they were saving them for using to make bagel sandwiches. I don't know why they thought it would be better to definitely disappoint a current customer than possibly disappoint that 5th customer that might come in within the next couple of minutes that would have to settle for a plain bagel instead of a cheese one for their sandwich.
We ordered a sandwich and specified to leave off the chili flakes, which they said they could do, but they put them on it anyway.
I liked the fact that the bagels are made locally, but they weren't all that great.

I tried ordering online for a bagel, and you need to order days in advance. When I went in person to get a bagel sandwich, I asked about the online ordering system. The person behind the counter laughed and said something along the lines of “yeah, that doesn’t work well”. When I got my egg sandwich, the egg had a super funky taste and the texture of a hard boiled egg on a sandwich. I’ll get my breakfast sandwiches at the gas station instead.

Midweek morning, no line. Ordered a double egg and bacon, no spicy mayo on a plain bagel. Got a sad looking, two lukewarm hard boiled looking eggs with the mayo I didn’t want. After one gross bite, tossed it in the trash and went elsewhere.
