I was in a crisis with work while on vacation in Wellfleet and thank goodness for the guest WI-FI here!! I was able to get work done and the manager came over and gave me a free sweet treat because he saw how hard I was working. I LOVE KIND PEOPLE AND PAYING IT FORWARD! This is the worst Dunkin in Massachusetts. The summer help is absolutely terrible. There is no management. These people do not care about cleanliness. It’s disgusting. They NEVER get your order right. The food is either grossly under cooked or burnt to a crisp. The winter is better because the local help is here and they actually care. DO NOT GO HERE IN THE SUMMER

Posted prices do not match what they charge. When I complained to Corporate, they said the local franchisee will address correct and the issue. The local franchisee did absolutely noting.

If you have a good server disestablishment he got sick it’s probably because the lack of Sanitation services. Furthermore one of the employees with curly hair likes to eat food and serve food and it’s his face all while wearing the same gloves. I will be contacting the Board of Health for this location

I’ve been here twice, the first time I had to tell the worker how to make my drink after he handed me a half empty cup. The second time I received a coffee with grounds on the bottom of the cup, watered down, and with hair stuck to the side of the cup. Stay away

The most friendly staff ever! From the front counter, the manager, to the person handing out food. Great job on hiring happy people at this location!
Every day this last week my coffee has been made incorrectly and whenever I order food it comes out cold. Have them reheat it, still cold.. I i spend 40 a week at this location and I've seen a steady decline this summer. This location won't get another dollar of mine. Nice kids that work there but clearly poor management.

They can't get an order correct and don't understand most of what is said - may be the foreign aspect... but of all the dunkins, and there are some decent ones and plenty of lousy ones, this is up there with the most dysfunctional.
