PB Boulangerie Bistro Reviews
The Bistro is always amazing! I had their cream puff this morning and not only was the pastry puff light and airy but the cream was whipped to perfection! We return to this bistro because the quality is so top notch!
Can amazing state it simply enough.

Oh, and if…..ah when you see a line. Tough it out! It’s worth any wait! Trust me.
It was a pleasant surprise to find a French bakery near Wellfleet. It is such a charming, cosy little place and the food is awesome. The croissants and the breads are delicious!! You can tell the chef is from Lyon, France. This is authentic French cuisine!! Merci beaucoup c’était délicieux!!!

PB Boulangerie Bistro is a culinary haven that transports diners to a French country bakery. The restaurant offers a vast selection of fresh, artisanal bread, pastries, and sandwiches, each a masterful creation packed with flavor. The staff is efficient, accommodating, and respectful, ensuring a wonderful experience. The bread, especially the multigrain and cheesy varieties, is delicious, and the pastries are so yummy that they often remind visitors of their trip to France. The flaky, buttery pastries are perfection, making it hard to want just one. The sandwiches are tasty with many options, and there are vegan pastry choices that are really good. The cozy atmosphere and charm are enhanced by the staff's accent, creating an unforgettable experience. The menu includes hearty dishes like French onion soup with baguette and tartiflette, a dish with potatoes and bacon, all at moderate prices from $10 to $20. The wine list offers excellent French wines, ranging from $12 to $50. For dessert lovers, the cannelés are highly recommended. The restaurant also features yummy pizza and many vegetarian options, with a few vegan options available. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with wheelchair accessibility through a big ramp, and parking is convenient with a small lot and nearby overflow parking. Visitors should be prepared for long waits, as lines can take 45 minutes or more, but many say the food is worth it despite the wait. Overall, PB Boulangerie Bistro remains a popular spot for those seeking an authentic French treat and a delightful culinary experience that leaves guests wanting more.
