We stopped at PB Boulangerie on the drive home from PTown. Don’t miss out on the incredible layered melt in your mouth croissants. The staff was very efficient and friendly! We will definitely be back

Worth waiting in line for! (But the earlier you get there, the shorter the line you'll find...)

Finally a true French bakery! After 30 years in US I finally find this place to satisfy my taste. I only wish I bought one of everything they have. The raspberry tart is a must!!!!! I am daydreaming about it, trying to figure out how to get delivery to NJ 😃.
Got bless the French for their contribution to the art of culinary!
They make the best bread a person could buy.

I’ve been coming here since it opened and it never disappoints. We just went to Paris, France and it’s obvious this bakery has French people baking these pastries and breads. Can’t recommend this bakery enough.

Incredible french restaurant right off the main road on the cape. The soup du jour, a butternut squash soup, on a chilly off-season day was the major highlight, along with the ambience of eating in an authentically French atmosphere.

$31.49 for 1 baguette and 2 ham and cheese croissants. I’m used to paying premium at PB and food is great but cost is getting bit out of hand

It's always awesome. Cannot compliment Phillipe and his staff enough. It has become a local, community oriented establishment, and It's completely worth every penny. One of the best on the entire cape for sure! Update: during and post covid, they no longer have dinner/in house dining. It's more about the bakery and take home items. Still great, just very sad it no longer has the restaurant aspect it used to.

This is about as authentic a boulangerie you will find outside of France. Croissant are excellent, but the baguette is off the charts.
Prices are high, sometimes a little unjustified. But it's vacation!

Surpasses the hype! Yes there’s a line (with good reason) but it moves fast and everyone is so pleasant and happy about what they’re about to be feasting on. In my experience it was like a happy, gushing over our love of good bread and pastries support group! And the people behind the counter were also kind and enthusiastic!
But truly the pastries and bread (as well as the soup — I got the butternut squash!) is outstanding! Some of the best I have had in a long time. Worthy of a pilgrimage. I’m already dreaming of my return trip.

What a gem! Proper bread, croissants and pastries. Truly wish we could've enjoyed the bistro but that was not open when we stopped by. For us its a must return joint next time we're near Wellfleet.

A must stop place for French pastry and bread. Get a hot drink and stay for breakfast. Buy extra to take with you. Everything thing is prepared to perfection. We went every morning they were open during a week long trip to the Cape.
