Great walk-up seafood. Patio dining and they were open late into the season.

I've been coming to the Cape and having PJ's clam chowder for 50 years. It is still some of the best clam chowder I've ever had and remains excellent loaded with clams and incredibly flavorful. The butter doesn't hurt.

Simply sensational. Best restaurant I've ever been to, no exceptions. I came over the summer a few times, and everything was amazing. Prices were reasonable, and they were 100% worth it. My favorite thing I got was the fried chicken sandwich, which was the best thing I've ever ate. Everyone who works here were very nice and accommodated me asking way too many questions. Extremely clean place too, and friendly service, combined with outstanding food, makes this place the best restaurant I've ever been to, would highly recommend for anyone that enjoys good food (which is everybody I think).

I want to tell you about the clam chowder here, because it's some of the best in the world.

Now look, there are lots of different styles of clam chowder, but PJ's version, an unthickened, milk-based chowder, is old-school. It's so so good. It is rich with the taste of clams, potatoes, and onion. It is austere--no cream, no bacon, no thickener--yet luxurious.

Thick clam chowder can be great. Creamy clam chowder can be great. That doesn't change the fact: PJ's clam chowder is great.

The lobster roll is amazing. If you think that some chopped up lobster that goes for $12.99 down the road fresh at retail that is thrown vaguely on a bun and then costs $35 total is amazing. Surely they are clearing $20 in profit or more on each of these low completely un remarkable rolls.I have no idea why customers are losing their minds over these. I’ve had burgers for half the price that absolutely destroy this roll. Enjoy being fleeced here, because these guys are laughing all the way to the bank.

Great local spot for fresh seafood. Mussels with sausage in wine and cream sauce were excellent!
