Good BBQ joint with real deal fare. Smoked bologna sliced in a big chunk, crusted up on the flattop and turned into an outstanding sandwich. My wife had the mac n cheese w/ pulled pork topping. Mac n cheese was fire, pork was moist and redolent of oak smoke.
I wish I had discovered this joint earlier in my trip rather than the last night. I wanted to come back and get knee deep in BBQ'd meat and try to eat my way out.
Not too busy when we went. Service was great. Fountain Coke tasted like Coke with no local water aftertaste. Bonus!

We came to the area for vacation & wanted something other than the standard lobster & seafood options. All I can say was this was THE BEST pulled pork sandwich & brisket burger we ever had! The pork was so smokey, not slathered in overbearing sauce and not an ounce of fat. My boyfriend had the burger and all he could say was “amazing!” The garlic fries were awesome & the fried brussel sprout appetizer was so light & crispy. I can’t recommend this place enough. Please open a restaurant in New York! 😁

I think it’s the best BBQ on the Cape. Got to love the smell of their smoker when u r driving by and they are doing their brisket. The Cape has great seafood for sure, but with Block and Tackle they have great BBQ as well. I’ve lived in TX for a while and this is right up there!!!

Monday evening visit: The place was sold out of nearly everything. We were told there would be a 45-minute wait for food, but we ended up waiting almost 2 hours just for chicken wings and mac and cheese. No one ever apologized for the delay, and the staff seemed indifferent—even though we had four young children with us. I've never experienced such a long wait for food before.
The food was good and the live music was great! I especially enjoyed the band Watch Your Step!!

We hosted our large rehearsal dinner here and they were super accommodating and very reasonably priced. While the service was fantastic, the food was the true star of the show. Everything tasted incredible but especially the brisket. Our dinner was a few weeks ago and our guests are still raving about that brisket. If you haven't eaten here yet what are you doing!!!
