Pleasant fast friendly service and terrific servers
This is the worst dd. They can't ever make a coffee right. It's not rocket science.
I would be very careful if you frequent this DD! I was shorted $5.00 last night when I purchased a medium coffee. They refused to count down the drawer or give me my money. I asked for the name of the manager and the franchise owner and they refused. I think the bank on you going thru drive thru and not counting your change I was due 18.09 and rec'd 13.09 back- I counted my change while at the window still but she handed the money and closed the window and took off. Dunkin' serves complex and perfectly made coffees with pleasant and patient service. Despite recent changes in coffee strength, the store offers great customer service, cleanliness, and music. New employees are attentive even to detail like stirring coffee. Former regulars find the recent coffee quality disappointing.
