Was there today 3/18 and was treated rudely at the drive thru and given the wrong order. I then when inside and asked for it to be fixed and the employee wouldn’t helped and asked for the manager which I got . She refused to fix my order and just kept calling me baby I then asked for my money back and refused to do that I strongly recommend not using this store!

This is the worst dunkin donuts I have been literally in the whole Massachusetts. I generally use the drive-tru on my way to work. Today, whoever was at the window at around 9:30, she was extremely rude. Looks like she was overly stressed with the crowd and could not manage her frustration. She literally throw the food bag, my card to me one by one, she was mumbling and complaining the whole time. I hope the manager takes time to read this and give the employer proper behavioral training. This is not the first time this happens.Most of the times, I get my order wrong. I ask egg and cheese on english muffin. When I get to my office, I see that it is bacon, egg, and cheese. Since, I don't eat bacon due to my dietary restrictions, it goes to trash. English muffin is always burned.These never happens in any other branches (at least people are decent and not passive aggresive to the customers). This clearly shows that this branch has very bad management and training of the employers.

I go here almost daily - the majority of the time when you order from this location the attitude you get from the staff is that you are bothering them. I place mobile orders before leaving my home to avoid human contact so I can just go in and grab my coffee but lately this short 10 minute drive is not enough for them - and they make it verbally known that we should not be expecting a coffee in the morning in less than 10 minutes, even when ordering ahead? It's 2024, can just go to another location that is polite lol

I asked for an EVERYTHING BAGEL WITH VEGGIE cream twice! Literally twice. I got an everything bagel with regular cream cheese on the side. You can't be too lazy to put cream cheese on a bagel and get the wrong cheese. They need better training

Horrible place to work was there for around six months with no issues so we first new assistant manager comes in then we get a new manager after that. The assistant was drinking nips from liquor store next door. Also was stealing from the tips and turned around tried to blame me. So I was told I was suspended with no pay until they reviewed the cameras. Around three weeks go by I hear nothing back from them. Still haven’t to this day but I’m glad to move on to a way better store and work with people who aren’t theifs and alcoholics is great. Just wanted people to know what truly goes on behind closed doors

Something has changed here and they are serving regular watered down coffee as a substitute for their cold brew. It is usually dark and strong. 2 days in a row. Sad.

I usually visit this dunkin multiple times a week but recently the service has been terrible. On my last visit I was told by a snarky employee they don’t melt sugar which is out of pure laziness quite honestly and was enough for me to not return as a customer. We prefer the dunkin attached to shell on 106.

The employees/ "manager" that work in the afternoon are extremely rude and unprofessional. They say "What do you want!?" instead of "What can I get for you?". No please and thank you, no sorry for a long wait. They act like you are inconveniencing them by going there. Will not be back ever again. No to mention at least one time charging you way wrong for an order. The morning crew is okay but the afternoon/night is simply terrible.

I used to like this store. Came 7 times a week here. I’ve been understanding but the last 3-4 visits got rougher and rougher. The rudeness coming out of an older gentlemen who works there and a young girl with a leopard looking cap. Not only does it take like forever but just the attitudes I’m sorry but me and my husband would rather go to another one than feel guilty for ordering a coffee
