I know fast food places are challenging since the pandemic, but there's no excuse for poor service and a lack of leadership. I walked into this dunks because the drive through line was too long. I placed my order after standing at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, not because they were busy with customers, but because the staff was more concerned about private conversations and texting instead of taking care of customers. The employees here are very friendly and the coffee and food are of excellent quality. The only negative is that the drive thru time needs to improve. It is incredibly consistently slow even if I'm not in a hurry to get to work. I usually order on the go so that my order is ready when I arrive, but always seem to have 5 or more cars ahead of me even in the mid afternoon. Would be nice if they could add curbside delivery for on the go orders to avoid the wait in the drive thru...read full review

Reviewing because the recent ones of this DD were bad. My first time here. Passing by while working. I thought customer service was great and store was clean. Great music. Maybe it has new employees.
