Watch for your burgers, make sure it's not burned. I was there 11/5/2024 and my burger was burned.

It's my first time visiting and the experience was not good. I didn't like the food, I ordered the Sirloin well done but it was almost burnt, the piece of meat was very thick and was not cooked inside. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the extra order of fries for all of us was also cold. I didn't like the quality of the food in general.

Prices have nearly doubled on some foods, been eating here for years but the prices are too high. I can get the same meal at another restaurant for cheaper. 18 dollars for chicken potatoes and corn. Used to be 9.99.

The food was bland, lukewarm and small portions for the price. I ordered one of the seasonal drinks and it was watered down and didn't taste like what it was supposed to. Even the popcorn was bad with burnt kernels. After a long show I was looking forward to a good meal, which didn't happen this trip. Apparently not all 99 restaurants are the same.

I placed an online order while shopping at the local Costco. When I went to pick it up. When I arrived I went to the host stand to pick up my order. I thought it was odd that there were fewer than 5 customers at 12:30 on a Saturday. I stood at the host stand for over 10 minutes before any staff approached even though there was 1 bartender and 3 or 4 wait staff just standing by the kitchen entrance. The other thing was I ordered the Southwest grilled chicken wrap yes the chicken was grilled but it was refrigerator cold. I just wrongly assumed that the chicken would have been grilled to order or at least finished grilling to order.

It is exactly what you would expect from a 99 chain restaurant. Decent food and atmosphere, good polite service that was quick without feeling rushed. Clean restaurant.

Parking: In a shopping center. Lots of parking.

I've always really liked 99 restaurant. The food is always good and not overpriced. And they have a pretty good selection to choose from. I really love their $5 margaritas, they're not the strongest but they do taste good and they're five bucks how do you beat that? I also usually buy their $50 worth of gift cards for 40 bucks for an even better savings.

Not bad, not great. The dishes are unevenly made from restaurant to restaurant. The grilled chicken Vermont Cabot sandwich is a weird mix of flavors. Grilled chicken, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and a sweet maple syrup mayonnaise that quite frankly ruined the sandwich. And oh yes, a pickle as hard as a rock. My wife loved her baked haddock dinner. Great for her but not so great for me. Skimpy on the fries, too.

This is a very nice place to eat. They have a very good selection of food and drinks. The restaurant is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our orders we made quickly and were well made and tasty. We have eaten here before and will continue to do so when we are in the area.
