B'Napoli is arguably the best restaurant around the Springfield area. The food is delicious and the cocktails innovative. On the down side, the tables are small and close together. We were unable to keep the bread on the table when our first course was served. We shared the Rigatoni Alfredo for an appetizer as it's very rich and there's a lot of it. Then we split the salmon dish. Both were excellent. I had a limoncello cocktail for dessert, which had egg whites. Really good!

Luv the Decor as much as the food. Every worker was attentive and helpful. Great restaurant and will definitely return.

Great food! Wonderful service. Cocktails were well done. Enjoyed the restaurant. A bit on the noisy side!

Sat at the bar and had a fabulous dinner - highly recommend the Carbonara - service was outstanding and watching the craft cocktails be made was entertaining - great find while in town on business

Found this gem 3 years ago when visiting the area for an event and now we visit every year. Food is very well prepared and innovative. The servers are very attentive and friendly.

My husband and I visited on a Friday night for a date night — our first evening out without the baby in quite a while! We aren’t Italian cuisine experts, so the menu was a bit confusing at first since many items were listed in Italian without clear descriptions. It took us a bit to figure things out.

The waiting area was quite small, and many guests were crowded into the entryway by the doors, which wasn’t ideal on a cold night. The restaurant itself is cozy but very compact, and the acoustics made it quite loud. We expected a crowd for a Friday night, but for a fine dining atmosphere, it was disappointing to have to raise our voices just to hear each other.

Our table was sticky, which was especially noticeable because we both appreciate wine. It made it difficult to swirl and evaluate my glass properly. We also noticed the table was uneven — it seemed like two smaller tables were pushed together, and one leg was slightly off, which caused it to tilt throughout dinner. A tablecloth would have gone a long way in improving the overall feel.

The prices were what you’d expect for fine dining, though we did feel the experience didn’t quite match the cost. We ordered the truffle fries appetizer, one glass of wine each, and two pasta dishes, and our total came to about $105 before tip. There were other dishes we would’ve loved to try, but given the pricing, a full dining experience here could easily reach $200–$300. Just something to note for anyone planning a visit.

Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive without hovering and answered all of my questions patiently. When my husband ordered a clam dish he didn’t enjoy, the manager was very kind and comped the meal without hesitation, which we greatly appreciated. That gesture really helped salvage the evening for us. The staff overall was wonderful — friendly greetings, polite service, and even the valet was excellent. We weren’t sure whether to tip the valet, but he did a great job and made parking stress-free.

The restaurant is located conveniently in the heart of downtown, which added to the atmosphere. We had a reservation and only waited about ten minutes even though we arrived early, and they were still accommodating walk-ins at the same time.

Overall, it was a unique experience, and we can see why others enjoy it — the place was full all night! But for us personally, we probably won’t return. The food options weren’t quite what we were hoping for, and while we understand fine dining aims to elevate traditional dishes, we missed having more classic Italian staples on the menu. Still, it was a memorable evening, and we’re glad we gave it a try.

we had an excellent experience. The restaurant filled up quickly as soon as we arrive, making the foods arrive slower than usual. But not overly so. And our appetizers and entrées were spectacular.

Let me start by saying this place has high ratings. With that said, this was my first time here and I was not impressed. We were a table of six, ordered wine first and it took so long for our server to deliver to our table we were beginning to think the grapes were being imported from Italy as we waited! Notably other tables were being served and our server stopped at our table twice to apologize.
Our meals took as long and when mine arrived it was lukewarm and a sad little piece of cod it was. The portions were very small and the seasonings were bland. I’m not opposed to small portions, but I’d like a little flavor. We passed on dessert.
The noise level was high and we had some trouble hearing each other, as life long friends we always have lots to talk about but it was difficult to hear each other across the table. The service was ok, however our server seemed at times to be overwhelmed.

It was quite busy that evening, it was a Thursday, and maybe it was an “off” night, but for a restaurant with high standards, I was disappointed, sadly I won’t be returning.

Food was phenomenal! Our waiter Keith gave us the best service! Checked on us a lot and always made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the champagne and dessert accommodation since it was our anniversary. We will deff be back again and tell all of our friends and family to go. Thank you again !

B Napoli was a restaurant we came across a few years ago and have now made it a staple in “out to eat” rotation. This year I decided to make reservations for our 1 year wedding anniversary and we couldn't have been more pleased with the food, the service, and the overall experience. The drinks and wine were next level, the food always top of the line, and the service was fantastic. If you have a special occasion or just want to go to one of the best restaurants in the area, I will always recommend B Napoli. Thank you all for the service you provided and in helping make the end of our one year anniversary that much more special.

Hands down, best restaurant in WMA. Cocktails, apps, salads, entrees, desserts - all top notch and a great wine list, as well.

The food was fantastic. We shared the dates, octopus and meatballs for appetizers. Possibly the best octopus I've ever eaten. I had the pillow-light gnocchi, which I loved, and the mixed seafood paccheri was a hit with my parents. The chocolate pistachio dessert was a lovely final bite. Did I mention the exceptional bread? Great cocktails and the dolcetto was delicious with our pasta.
