“So fall,the best service,restaurant and chiçken around springfield,im talking about my experience jun,22,2024 at 1.30 pm,this shift works great and the attention its pretty good everything was hot,fresh,tasty,I have just to said for my taste,the coleslaw taste kind of funny,like past fresh so i try I bit and I trow away the rest,but everything else was good.“

“I love Chick Fil A and this one is no exception! Even though it was busy lunch hour, the service was very fast! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean. This is one of the few places you can bring the kids to play in the indoor playground on cold or rainy days. Our food was hot and delicious. Awesome place overall!

“Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.

Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):

1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff - including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time

2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)

3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you

4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast

Make sure to get an ice cream while you're there ... Big portions, fair price, delicious, and an excellent way to finish your meal. I like to get the coconut ice cream and make a Dr. Pepper float. “Their food is amazing but customer service needs Improvement the woman thats picks up the phone to take orders can be rude, pushy and tries to make you rush when ordering at times, but the food is somewhat worth dealing with her. The one thing I must say its negative is that when I order 2 large rice and meals they are cheap with their soy sauce and duck sauce I mean the real duck sauce not that apple sauce they try to pass as it. We buy a feast 2 duck sauce and 2 soy sauce I tell them send extra dont mind paying for them she says OK OK OK and still get nothing.“
