So at first, I thought cookies can’t be that good then I tried it and I’m obsessed how soft they are and how they could stay fresh for about three days after purchasing every kind I have tried and I’m a keep on till I have try them all really recommend to go and the service is amazing very quick, especially if you have the app 🥰🤷🏻♀️🤣🥰🥰
I’ve often had issues with my name and order not showing up on the screen and one time I even waited for 50 minutes past my order time. I asked someone for help but she blew me off. After a while Louis came and he stopped everything he was doing and made my order. He was very professional and his customer service was amazing. If it wasn’t for him I would had never returned.
Restaurant is quite small. The pickup situation can be hectic. I would definitely recommend ordering online and picking up because the workers are often extremely busy and take forever to take orders in store. Price is kind of high but cookies are quite large.
