We just started ordering from Gold Chopsticks because my daughter recommended them. We’ve ordered delivery from them 3 times! Their food is really good compared to other Chinese restaurants. We ordered a PuPu and it was juicy and delicious. The egg rolls are larger and not dried out. The beef teriyaki was the best. The meat was thick and juicy and the sauce was not too salty or greasy. The same with the boneless pork that had no fattybits, not over cooked and not greasy. The meat was meaty and not dry. They delivered to us in Chicopee too despite the restaurant is in West Springfield.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I ordered the vegan curry chicken mei fun from the vegan section of the online menu, and it arrived with eggs in it, which makes it not vegan at all. When I called to let them know, I was told I should have specified “no egg.” If an item is listed as vegan, that should already be understood. Instead of offering a refund, credit, or correcting the order, they acted as if it wasn’t their problem. This was very disappointing, especially for customers who rely on accurate vegan labeling. I will not be ordering from here again. I also had other vegan items that didn't get missed order with the total $132.40 The Vegan Curry chicken also cost more than a none vegan curry chicken.

The vegan menu is not vegan if you put egg in it. Vegan should be removed, especially if the vegan option is more money to leave the egg off

I ordered online. The woman was friendly. I didn’t go inside obviously but she seems to have a pretty decent attitude. My order was delivered within 30 minutes. The driver was also friendly and instead of only him getting a tip he gave me one as well a little keychain. 😌 The food was a Five star for me and my Daughters we will definitely be ordering again!

Great customer service. We were confused ordering noodles and the young lady was kinda to explain the difference. We got fresh food and big portions. We went late and they were kind to let us finish our food after closing time. And they gave us egg rolls!
Tried this place a few days ago through a recommendation. I purchased a Large Vegetable Lo Mein and General Tso Chicken Combo with Vegetable Fried Rice. Food was delivered quick through door dash and delicious. Not greasy. There could be a bit more vegetables in the meal but other than that no complaints. Customer service is friendly. I ordered again tonight for take out. Must try!
