Do you really want to know my opinion about this place.....we'll here it goes, the place wasn't busy at all to start off, so I was like Woo-hoo I'll be in and out no worries, boy was I wrong! It took them 20 minutes to even knowledge me (which I really was hungry or I wouldn't of even waited 20 seconds nevertheless 20 minutes) then FINALLY, I think my loudly huffing and puffing and loud eye rolls got their attention. Then when I ordered they barely even spoke to me, and acted like I was inconvienting them by getting off their phone's and loudly gossiping about some mama drama bs.

Well it's sad to say this fast food restaurant is lame 😒food is all sloppy and cold and when you ask for food for a big family it's always something missing and let's not talk about the sodas are flat no flavor and the food is getting more expensive every day plus they say the app will help you save and it's always a problem. OH and you ask to speak to the manager they are worse than the employees.

I ordered online and the guy working the drive thru cancelled my order I made in front of me (I had the app open and watched it get canceled as we just gave our code) and then claimed I had to go to the back of the line after he messed up! Absolutely ridiculous never go to this Mcdonalds.

Whenecer my wife and I want McDonald's, we drive all the way to West Springfield from Enfield CT just because the quality and service is ALWAYS AMAZING. I have yet to be served cold fries.... bit it never happens

It's your typical McDonald's. Nothing exciting or unique. Grabbed a snack wrap that was prepared well and fresh.
This store is like the other one in town that prioritizes drive through customers over inside customers. I watch several cars pass by before my order is taken and many cars pass before my order is ready. It is quicker to go to the store on the Springfield side of the North end bridge AND they get your order correct.
