God, they suck
This starbucks used to be good! Now I’m late to work because it takes 20-25 minutes?! I’m going to westfield starbucks from now on. They will have the same amount of cars in line and still get you in and out in minutes. This location is also rude! They clearly are not trained properly and have no sense of urgency.

I have been several times to this particular store. The employees that work there are consistently rude to people. I have experienced it and have witnessed the rudeness done to others. They should clean house of these girls.

Can not keep coming here if I have to reach out and put my card in the reader. Have a bad shoulder and it is difficult and painful. Do not see why it is nessasary.

To whom it may concern I know that this is a busy location but come on. I had to return a few times because they messed up. Our coffee. Coffees are horrible and overpriced.
I sat in line for 20 minutes on my way to work this morning the woman serving me was rude and had no sense of urgency or wasn't even apologetic. I get the same thing every morning a nitro brew and a shaken espresso . Never have I ever spend that much time in a drive-thru. Have higher standards for your customer service, because what you have isn't even sub par ...

The other staff were nice but one person with a nose piercing glasses a little bit of short and pinkish blue hair near and when i told her my order she rolled her eyes at me and kept saying “omg” and i was very uncomfortable
Unfortunately the drive through is always extremely slow. Without adequate room to exit the drive thru line when you’re in the line, you’re stuck. No matter what time of day it’s always at least 10 minutes or more wait. I was in the line for 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me this morning. I will not chance being late again for work by going through the drive through again and advise others not to.
Had visit in the morning with my father and had a peaceful fresh breakfast. Enjoyed everything
