Order a Frozen drink and they gave me one first if you flavor and then they added water and they gave it to me like juice..., I went inside the place and asked them to do again and they give me this badly done without flavor..., if they don't like to work they don't do it badly and it's not all the time just today 17/July/2024 2:38 pm.

If you're in a rush donlt go the drive through most days they are soo slow even with minimal cars in the drive thru. You can easily get stuck there 30 minutes plus. You're better off parking going in. In addition many times the drive thru line can get dangerous because it stretches into the parking lot which disrupts traffic on the main road.
super disappointed, this was my favorite starbucks to go to. On father's day I decided to stop by before heading to my family's father's day bbq, I ordered my drink per usual super excited to enjoy it. The girl at the drive through charges me, and shows me her key pad requesting a tip. I politely decline as I don't usually tip at drive throughs and when i got my drink i noticed there were orange and red pieces of something in there after a few sips i confirmed it was definitely spicy. My drink order never tasted this way and definitely does not include anything spicy. I could feel my throat burning. I was extremely upset because i am currently 4 months pregnant and you should not be messing with other people's food/drinks. I walked in to the store after noticing something had been done to my drink, and before i could even finish explaining the guy at the register offered to remake my drink. almost like he knew what had happened. super disappointed but I will not be returning' be careful when ordering here !!! super upset i didn't get a picture

When placing my order, the app told me an error occured and I had to try again, so I did and the order went through. But what I didn't see what that despite the error, the first attempt went through which created two of the same order. I was unaware of this until I pulled up to pick up my order. Barista offered no solution to the problem after I explained it to her. Just kinda looked at me, shrugged, and smirked, asking if I still wanted my order. Essentially blaming me for the app's error. Very disrespectful and condescending.

Starbucks on Riverdale Street in West Springfield is our favorite morning stop! Not only do I get my much-needed espresso fix, but my dog, Max, loves his morning Pup Cup from here.
The baristas are always friendly and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable every time.
The location is clean and well-maintained, and the service is consistently fast, even during busy hours. Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee on the go or relaxing with a latte inside, the atmosphere is always pleasant.
The quality of the drinks is top-notch, and they always get my order right. Plus, the convenience of the mobile order feature makes it easy to get in and out quickly when I'm in a hurry.

i love the matacha latte with oat milk & lavender cream foam, unfortunately the lavender foam is seasonal, i tried it with the strawberry foam, it was good, but not as good as the lavender. i wish they would keep the lavender foam for spring & summer!!
