The other staff were nice but one person with a nose piercing glasses a little bit of short and pinkish blue hair near and when i told her my order she rolled her eyes at me and kept saying “omg” and i was very uncomfortable

Unfortunately the drive through is always extremely slow. Without adequate room to exit the drive thru line when you’re in the line, you’re stuck. No matter what time of day it’s always at least 10 minutes or more wait. I was in the line for 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me this morning. I will not chance being late again for work by going through the drive through again and advise others not to.

To the staff/barista who saved a sticker with the date of my purchase so I wouldn’t have issues when coming back- YOU ROCK! Rare to find this type of commitment and leadership in service- anywhere else.

I entered to the store they refused customer seats inside of store and they closed all the chair I asked I want seat no one responded. So rudely staff I attached the video time 10/23/2024 5:30 pm
