The app says the they open a 5:00 am and I placed my order a 5:02 am go to the location to pick up my coffee and go to work and they told me they not open the store into 6:00 am claiming the they don't know how my order go through because they are not open

This location has gone down hill fast. It used to be my pride and joy to run. The corporation has gotten so penny right on labor they have had many locations decline that used to be good. Some District managers won’t even jump on the floor if they are there but then complain when the GM would walk away from a meeting to help out. Starbucks has gotten extremely complex and they base bodies on the floor based on core drink. They don’t care about the extra time it takes to handcraft a great coffee or a great experience.

Why would someone put cinnamon in my drink when I didn’t ask for it and it’s an iced hazelnut oatmilk Shaken espresso?? And plus I don’t think I want brown sugar as well… very disappointed..

They almost always get my drink wrong and need to remake it at the window. Tonight, I wanted a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with Oat milk. The price seemed different from normal so I asked them and tried to verify I'd get the right drink. They said yeah we made you a hot chocolate. ?. They asked if they could give me espresso on the side so I could put it into the hot chocolate. I said no, I'd like it remade. They gave it back to me like they remade it, and yet I got home realizing they gave me a hot chocolate. AND now my fiancé is driving back to get the correct order. I refuse to have my drink incorrect if it's $7.44 that it cost me. No way. I love other Starbucks stores, but this one... the closest one to my work..... got my drink wrong 2x in one day! Come on! ???

I placed a mobile order which I’ve done for years at all Starbucks. It states my order is ready I get to the speaker and tell them my name and I am greeted by a gentleman they states I need to wait 10 minutes minimum even if it says my order is ready. Okay cool so what’s the point of the app saying it’s ready. Besides the point I get to the window mind you the place is dead no cars in the drive thru or anything. And I’m handed my drink and told have a good day and the window slammed so fast and I’m still waiting for my kids cake pops. I wait and wait and wait and I finally honk still ignored even though someone is standing right there. Mind you still dead nobody is there. I finally received my cake pops and asked what was the reason for all that and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Long story short I’ve been going to this particular location for a while and never experienced any rude workers till today and Never have been told I need to wait an additional 10 min even after my order is ready and I won’t be going back.

The staff struggle to get the orders right. They have screwed up our last three orders. They gave our child a wet cake pop and just said that’s how it is. The staff need comprehension in customer service training including if they do not understand an order verify it rather than assuming. Corporate and managing partners need to retrain and review this location.

I've had two separate occasions where I didn't tip (boo hoo) at the drive thru and my drinks were deliberately made wrong and deliberately took long as hell to make (almost a whole 10 minutes sitting in the DRIVE THRU)! The Frappes were both way over ICED and didn't taste like anything. My drink had no mocha or caramel drizzle as requested - drove to the Starbucks on E. Columbus Ave and they quickly remade the drinks no issue and they were perfect. AVOID THIS STARBUCKS IF YOU CAN !! Thank you!

Ordered food & latte to go. Came to over $25.00 ! They always ask you to check the bill so they can add a “tip to bill” for “TO GO!!” I always add a dollar or two anyway but DONOT like being asked each time to “look at my bill so I can add a tip!” Starbucks charges enough for their coffees, etc that they should easily be able to pay their staff a decent salary, is my thinking. If I was eating inside a restaurant then fine to ask for a tip but for “TO GO ITEMS”????” Normally I get one lg latte & still they ask for a tip. As I said earlier, I will hand them a dollar etc but to ask for it( like everywhere nowadays, just kind of “does away with me! Anyway, they handed me sandwiches, I had ordered individually (????) & I asked the cashier ( older woman with dark hair pulled up & glasses) if she had a bag to put these sandwiches in. She said “NO, THEY HAD RUN OUT???” How do you run out of bags & how am I supposed to transport 6 sandwiches, besides the point of them getting cold, plus drinks( no carton)! I got home, took a big drink of my latte( no sugar) original w/no flavoring & almost spit it out! It was some kind of CHI TEA WITH FLAVORING & EXTRA SUGAR!!! If only that cashier had paid as much attention to giving me the correct order, for money I spent( there few times a week generally, so a good regular customer) as she did trying to get a big tip out of me!!!! I immediately called them, which I never usually do but so irritated at this whole experience!!! A young girl answered “KELLY” & couldn’t have been nicer! She apologized & told me to return( to far & wee hrs of morning, plus I was recovering from operation & had been dying for a latte. She said to come the next day for a free latte & I asked her to make a note of my latte w/name( extra large one. Well it snowed, I got ill so never returned for my latte but the “bad taste from that experience remains!”? I guess what irritates me the most was how the cashier kept asking me to look at my supposed bill( no bill just add a tip!) and I gave a big tip for service, number one I didn’t receive, she completely messed up my order( sandwiches wrong) & no bags or carton for drinks( order a complete disaster), while I customarily spend “a small fortune there each wk( even buy treats for my nx door neighbor too)! Dunkin Donuts ? is right across the street( no tips allowed but I tip regardless, if my husband in mood for donuts) & I might switch over to them.

Ever since they hired new people the service sucks and the ladies are pretty RUDE. Never had a problem with any SB before. Definitely not going to this SB again, specifically for the money I pay!!! I’ll taje Dunkin over this service a thousand times.
