Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The drive through is always extremely slow, with at least 10 minutes or more wait, and inadequate room to exit the line. One customer was in the line for 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead. However, some staff are genuinely nice and accommodating, with a happy voice and smiles. The girls behind the counter were very nice and worked quickly. One barista saved a sticker with the date of purchase, showing rare commitment and leadership. Another person with a nose piercing, glasses, and pinkish blue hair rolled her eyes and kept saying “omg,” making a customer very uncomfortable. The coffee was finally made correctly, with a shaken espresso tasting like a brown sugar espresso and not like cardboard. The store was clean and tidy. Overall, customers would return to this location.
