“LongHorn Steakhouse – A Fantastic Steak & Seafood Experience in West Springfield

I had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in West Springfield, where I ordered the Steak & Shrimp Combo with a Caesar salad and mac & cheese. From start to finish, the meal delivered on quality, flavor, and satisfaction.

The meal started with warm, freshly baked bread served with creamy whipped butter—simple but always a nice touch. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, topped with crunchy croutons and shavings of parmesan, a well-balanced start to the meal.

Then came the main course—a perfectly grilled sirloin steak, charred on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with Redrock grilled shrimp skewered and served over a bed of rice. The shrimp were plump, slightly smoky, and caramelized just right, with a side of melted butter for dipping. The mac & cheese was a standout, baked with a crispy, golden breadcrumb topping that added a nice crunch to the creamy, cheesy pasta.

The portion sizes were generous, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. LongHorn continues to deliver on quality steaks and flavorful combos, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommended!“

“We had such a positive experience here! The food was fantastic and it came out super quick, which was a bonus. Our server Mike was very attentive and made our dinner experience great! Evan was running around and taking care of what seemed like every table’s food! He was extremely polite and courteous, he made us feel welcome and ensured we had a good meal. 10 out of 10. “We ordered the Filet Mignon and the Ribeye Steak.Both of which were cooked perfectly. One of the best I’ve had to be honest.The mashed potatoes and green beans were also delicious. Staff was extremely friendly and did a great job. Only thing that did disappoint was being seated right next to the door where it was pretty chilly. Definitely would go back next time we are in the area.“

“Excellent wood fired steak 🥩 never had one quite like it. The crust was impeccable on all sides of the steak. I couldn’t do better myself. Got it with the bone butter and it was amazing. Some reviews knock the heavy char - but the menu clearly states these are wood fired steaks. Truffle Mac and cheese was on point. Best wine I ever had was the special that night - pricey but worth it. Salad was well balanced and the crab bisque was extremely unique. All in all a meal I wouldn’t soon forget. They have some real talent in the kitchen!“
