They have gluten free everything, plain, and cinnamon raisin bagels. I ordered GF cinnamon raisin with cream cheese and GF everything with tofu egg and vegan cheese (they also have impossible sausage). They were out of the tofu egg so I got cream cheese instead. Both were pretty good. I took off a star for being out of tofu egg, waiting 20 mins for two bagels with cream cheese and not cutting the bagels in half. Not really what you would expect from a bagel shop

First, the food was good and the five people in my party were pleased with the bagels and sandwiches. I had a large order and somehow tandem bagel forgot to make the order. I waited 45 minutes and I thought that was reasonable because it was very crowded but after I noticed several people had come and gone, many after me, I asked what’s the status of my order. The tandem staff told me they forgot to make my order. So, they made the order and got our drinks soon after that, but I was totally confused how they would just forget to make an order. Also. I was confused they didn’t offer me anything like a couple bagels as a gesture of apology for me waiting 50+ minutes to get my order. I just don’t think that they have staff trained to understand what the customer is experiencing.Additionally, while I was waiting for my order, I had to announce names of people that had orders placed in the pick up area. The tandem staff put down an order and said a name quietly and walked away. Three times I decided to yell out the person‘s name and give them the order. Again, the food was good, but the operation is in need of improvement to make sure they don’t forget orders and make sure they notify customers when their orders are ready.
