First, the food was good and the five people in my party were pleased with the bagels and sandwiches. I had a large order and somehow tandem bagel forgot to make the order. I waited 45 minutes and I thought that was reasonable because it was very crowded but after I noticed several people had come and gone, many after me, I asked what’s the status of my order. The tandem staff told me they forgot to make my order. So, they made the order and got our drinks soon after that, but...
Delicious bagels with great sandwich options, good drinks. On the smaller side for dine in, and always busy, but order online or by phone and pickup is always quick and efficient with very friendly service.
Have been coming here for a while now, always love their bagels and drink options. Gotta come at the right time or you’re stuck in a long line. Not sure if they offer free WiFi, but would be good for WFH location.
