This was my second experience at the West Side Grill. The first time was for lunch and I had salmon. It was incredibly over-cooked and, honestly, I couldn't eat it. I told the waitress and she asked if I would like something else. Lunch hour for me was over so I paid her and left. I went back a second time with my sister and we both ordered a medium cooked cheeseburger.
Twenty-five minutes later, we were still waiting. When asked, the waitress told us they would be out as soon as possible and that they only had two people on at the time. I pointed out that there were customers at only four tables. She shrugged and said, "What can I say?" When we had reached the 45 minute level, I told the waitress that we had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. At that moment, a waitress arrived with our order. We decided to accept it as, at that point we were hungry. My hamburger was well-done and not the medium that I ordered. When our server brought the check, she said they gave us 10% off. Well, gosh, !that was generous of them Also, to make things even worse...our waitress acted as if we were putting her out every time we asked her about our order.

It was okay. 2 1/2 hours for a dinner for two at the bar. Everyone was nice, but it was extremely slow. When we walked in, we waited 5 minutes before just deciding to seat ourselves at the bar. Service was slow. We ordered dessert and it never came (thankfully it wasnāt on our bill anyway). It also wasnāt slammed, and the regular who we sat next to said that it seemed like they were having an off night so I donāt know. I donāt mean to be pretentious, but it was a mid experience overall. The people next to us also had issues with their orders. Again, bartenders were nice and meant well but didnāt seem organized. Idk if Iād go back but glad to try it!

When I called, the restaurant told us they didnāt take reservations for parties under 6. Totally fine, but then when we arrived, they had three 4-tops reserved that they couldnāt seat us at.
No big deal- we were happy to sit outside. There were no lights. It took twenty minutes to get drinks and well over an hour to get food, and at no point did a manager come out to apologize to the multiple parties who seem to have been forgotten on the patio. My Caesar salad was so overdressed that it was soggy, and the mac & cheese tasted unbelievably bland.
Donāt waste your time here, my friends.

Worst food Ive had at a restaurant in years. My wife got the buffalo fish sandwich and said that the fish was cool when she bit into it. I had the buffalo chicken wrap which also came well under a safe temp. Unfortunately, the two bites I took and swallowed was enough to give me food poisoning last night. Also, the piece of chicken didnāt come in a wrap. It came on a bulky roll despite me asking for it on a wrap. It was the skinniest smallest piece of chicken Iāve ever seen served in my life. Still just two bites of it was enough to get me sick as a dog. This place clearly doesnāt train their cooks to be safe serve certified. No, we didnāt send the food back. We just asked for the bill and left. We were one of three tables in the establishment at the time, there was no rush at all. If you canāt safely, serve food to three tables thereās no point in sending the food back to get it right because youāre obviously a careless disaster. The waitress was also below average at best. After asking for the bill, she stopped to eat her own food for a couple of minutes before bringing it over to us.
Great pour of a Guinness. Thanks to the lovely staff for letting us have a pint.

West Side Bar & Grill is a fantastic spot! The food was absolutely delicious - I highly recommend the [special dishes that they recommend time to time]! The atmosphere has a cool, modern vibe that's perfect for a casual night out. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. It's clear they put a lot of care into the food and service here. Plus, they have live events, which adds to the fun atmosphere. If you're looking for a great place to eat and have a good time in the area, definitely give West Side Bar & Grill a try. You won't be disappointed!
