This was my third experience and it will be my last. Went for lunch and ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 2 entrées. 1 drink was wrong and entrées were not entered. Sat patiently or 30-40 minutes only to learn food was not coming.

I ordered the Big Easy, which is supposed to be Sausage, Chicken, Cajun sauce, and red peppers over pasta. I love sausage and cajun flavor but the sausage was kielbasa slices, and no cajun flavoring at all. A bit of a letdown. Otherwise it's a nice place and we had a great server too !!

Had late lunch there on Friday. Had the Easy Pasta. Cooked El Dente, it was delicious. Service was excellent. At around four o'clock they had live music, saxophone player made the lunch even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this restaurant for a great afternoon out.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for dinner prior to a show at The Majestic. The menu is quite extensive for a: "Bar & Grille". The service was great, food was absolutely fantastic and cooked perfectly. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! A+A+A+A+A+

It wasn't Horrible, but I'm really struggling to give it a 3. We sat at the bar fairly early on a Friday night. Reviews and the fact that it was full was promising. Bartender was the majority of the issue. Her friends kept popping up next to us & she'd wait on them, but we Adults who actually have the financial ability to Pay & Tip, were consistently ignored. My husband at one point, managed to flag her down to alert her that the couple who'd been there before we were, had been trying to order another drink - as was he! She was Not too busy to manage her customers, but she just wouldn't do it. Food again - Looked promising, but was really just meh. For $91 - that steak & burger should be pretty dang good. We got 4 bitty, skinny asparagus - literally & my husband's steak was overcooked. We were Front & Center at the Bar. He isn't eating, has barely touched his plate & it's been pushed out in front of him toward the bartender - & she just completely avoided checking in with him - even though she was Not That Busy. It was just a pain not worth going through again.

As a resident of the greater Springfield area, how had I never visited this wonderful shot 8 had driven by in the regular?! Cute and quaint with a menu that made it difficult to choose from the many enticing selections - the haddock I decided upon was perfect in all ways. I will definitely be adding this spot to my roster!

Hands down one the best additions to West Side! The service is amazing, the food is great, the atmosphere is fun and the music is wonderful! Definitely worth checking out you definitely won't be sorry.
