“Stopped by with family the day after Christmas to bowl with family. The bowling alley was very busy and Adam greeted us kindly and promptly gave us our lane. After stopping by the bar I quickly realized Adam was one of two employees working at the time. He was incredible, he was kind to everyone that walked in. He was able to handle not only assigning lanes, working the bar, and fixing lanes and balls that are stuck. He handled it with a smile on his face and did not seem stressed at all! Overall the bowling alley was clean, lanes work up to my expectations, and the customer service is phenomenal!“

“Joe’s Diner is hands down the best spot for breakfast in The Berkshires. Awesome prices and the quality of the food is unbeatable. Scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, bacon was crisp, and the shredded hash browns were amazing. The over-easy eggs were done just right, the pancake was the perfect size and fluffy. A great classic American diner, which we love. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We'll stop by every time we’re in town.

“Food is good along with the choices. Unfortunately some of the staff need re training. Tonight the cashier was writing on different tickets while we were trying to order. Last time as we were standing there for almost 10 minutes while we were ignored. But when the phone rang that was picked up right away and that order was placed.“

“My wife and I drove two hours from Cooperstown and had the best dinner in memory, starting with plump delicious oysters and two main courses, scallops piccata and the dinner special of lobster and scallops pasta. Our waiter was Milton and he couldn't have been better. Dessert was pineapple flambe, ice cream and chocolate sauce served in a pineapple shell, accompanied by excellent coffee. And on Wednesday nighst, live music is provided by singer/guitarist Melissa Brinton at just the right sound level, with violin and penny whistle added by Eileen Markland.
