Everything was fantastic! My only comment would be that the drinks need to be improved. I ordered a cocktail and it came in a 5oz glass with lots of ice.

We stopped in to try it out late on a weeknight evening. It was very quiet with most parties just finishing up or leaving. We had our choice of seats and the staff was very friendly and attentive. There were a lot of great sounding options and we ended deciding on the crispy calamari, an Aflame Roll, the Sachi Avocado Boat, and the Sachi Style Naruto. They were all amazing. We will definitely be going back to try some more.

We had a great hibachi dinner. Chef was entertaining and funny. Food was great. I had the scallops and shrimp with friend rice. I only received the shrimp but also had tempura and udon and veggies and a sushi roll. Plenty of food!! The fried rice was great. Nice open are. Lots of grills.

Disappointing experience.
We used to enjoy coming here, but today there was a clear lack of organization. Our server was changed without notice, and after a long wait we found out our order had never been placed.

The new waiter seemed inexperienced and nervous, but he was polite and clearly trying his best. It appeared he may have been dealing with some challenges and did not receive the proper support from management. With better guidance and leadership, this situation could have been handled much better.

The disappointment is with management, not the server.

We had a terrible experience a few months ago but decided to give it another chance since my son loves this place. We started off great with amazing service and food. The chef was great and very interactive with the kids. My niece was having a tough time with the cooking table so we walked around a bit with her. One of the hostess was super rude to her and us. When my kids finished eating and wanted to see the fish, the same hostess watching them like a hawk. She grabbed the candy bowl from my son. She told my kids not to come near the fish tank (they are super careful around it anyway). Needless to say, this is NOT a family friendly place. Food is good but don’t come with kids. They don’t make it family friendly or inviting for young kids.
