Simmer & Spice Food Truck: Paninis and Soups

Although the wait for food at the Fairmont Farm yesterday was long (a huge crowd hit them all at once), our paninis and chili were great!

Visited the food truck at Fairmont Farms this weekend. Waited ~20-40 minutes to order and more than 30 to get a panini. Not sure what the issue was for a huge delay but definitely wasn’t worth the long wait.

Enjoyed food from Simmer & Spice at Clover Road this past Friday. Food was amazing and service was beyond expectations. Owner was so friendly. Will definitely be following for more events!

I had Simmer & Spice at Clover Road brewery and let me tell you, this man’s passion for food is through the roof. The pulled pork sandwich was unbelievable and the sides were nice.

Really delicious food!! It was worth the wait at clover road brewery. Loved the butternut squash soup, Mac and cheese and the 3-cheese grilled cheese, yum!! Looking forward to having this food again!

Love the whole food approach using local food. They care about the food they produce from where it originates to where it ends up (our tummies). Not down in Westborough enough... can you bring a truck up to Amherst so we don't have to drive far?

Super fresh and delicious

I recommend their green gazpacho and lobster-avocado panini. The panini had a little too much cheese for my liking, but I could still taste the lobster and avocado. The bread (for the panini) was great. The gazpacho was amazing! I can’t wait to try their other items!

The lovely people running this food truck served eight members of my family graciously and patiently, and without even questioning their career choice or losing their sanity (as far as I could tell). I was that annoying person who showed up as they were closing, and yet they served us with a smile.

I had the lobster avocado panini, and it was a feast for the senses. Mostly the sense of taste. Crispy, buttery bread, savory lobster claws, creamy avocado that also makes me feel like this whole thing is a health food. There was cheese involved as well. And you can add lobster to ANYTHING on the menu!! Mac and cheese? Throw some lobster on that! Gazpacho? Make that lobster gazpacho! They don't serve chocolate pudding, but if they did, you could add lobster. This is monumental news.

If this were my last meal, I would die happy, knowing I had reached the pinnacle of panini consumption. I'm not planning to die soon, though, mostly so I can revisit this food truck. And form meaningful connections with my family and community. It's really a toss-up as to which will bring me more joy.

Lobster claw Mac & Cheese was perfect. The steak panini and cubano panini were also outstanding. Great food, fast service!!! Can’t wait until next time.

YUM! I have been meaning to try this truck since it started a few months ago. Finally got the chance at the Westborough Farmers Market this week. Pricing is on point. We ordered a panini and the gazpacho. On a 90 degree day the cool green soup hit the spot! So much flavor. Can't wait for this week to try the Red one!
