Every time we go to get dinner here it’s either closed for some form of maintenance, online only for orders, or exact change only. And this is at minimum 3x a week this happens to the wife an I. This chipotle is so troublesome and disappointing. I live 5 mins from it so that great but not when you constantly have to go to Holyoke or west Springfield.
