Worst experience. The employees were very rude and short. They forgot to include chips with my online order and when I called to ask about getting a refund or compensation—- the employee was super rude and said “we’re low on chips, but I guess I can set some aside for you”. When I asked for her name she replied “I don’t need to supply you with my name”. Wicked rude and unprofessional.

This place outright sucks, but if you must order from here, avoid doing so online — that's when employees are especially uninterested; they will either halve your portions or simply mess up, as they've been doing to me, this time only including four of the eleven ingredients requested. And if it ameliorates matters, I've only contracted food poisoning once out of my dozen or so visits.

First, the workers give you attitude and act like you are bothering them with your existence. One happened to be smacking gum in his wide open mouth the whole time which really grossed me out. Same worker would ask what I wanted and then proceed to talk to his coworker next to him and then would ask what I wanted again because he didn’t hear me. Second, these people will literally take a scoop of meat and shake out half so you get a half portion of whatever you ask for. So you are forced to ask for a double portion and if you right off the bat ask for a double portion they will give you EVEN LESS in each scoop. I don’t know if the owner told them to give minuscule portions of everything so they could make bigger profits but this is ABSURD and robbery.

I ordered a burrito bowl online and when I recieved it was what I did not order I wanted the tomato salsa but what I got was white cheese and white sauce what I did not order so thank you for ruining my night never ordering from here

I would give a zero rating if I had to.All the workers do nothing but laugh and talk to each other they don’t pay attention to what the customer is saying.I had asked for chicken and I got 4 pieces of chicken.When they give you scoops they barely give you anything so I had to tell them to give me 3 scoops of everything I wanted and the worker gave me attitude. They had charged me extra for the toppings that are suppose to be free.I always get the same burrito chicken,lettuce,cheese,sour cream,and tomato salsa which is about 10 dollars but they had charged me for 15 dollars.

My burrito bowl was absolutely delicious, but the staff are completely unaware that their guests within ear shot range. Dirty prep tables and line while employees just walking around talking to each other loudly, blasting music that overpowers the dining room music.Will get food to go next time.

Just tried to go to this location. I've run into a couple weird problems here in the past, but thought I would give them another try. An employee was cleaning the glass directly above all of the food with the food wide open, no covers at all. Their excuse was that they weren't spraying the cleaning spray over the food, which they were not directly over it, but close enough. Regardless, that's no excuse for cleaning directly above food. Gravity exists. Cleaning solution and other contaminants can easily fall into the food if you're cleaning above it. I asked to speak to the manager, the manager saw absolutely no problem with them doing that.I went to Moe's instead and asked them what they thought of that situation, they were shocked.Previous complaint that I still remember was going there at the end of the day, waiting for a couple people in front of me to order their food, they got their orders taken care of, and then they wouldn't serve me because they were closed.I will be filing complaints with the board of health.

I just want to say I got the best customer service, food and atmosphere at this Westfield chipotle. I appreciate you so much Damien and the night crew. You guy's are awesome and I encourage everyone to go. They were very attentive, patient, and accommodating. And again, appreciate you guys.

Asked what comes in the bowl and the guy pointed to everything so we made our selection and they charged us omg more. And then were very rude to us. Ane one was the manager. Won't be going back thete.

Everytime i order from the Westfield restaurant they fill the bowls halfway. they don't put alot of meat it's always a very little. Also it's always cold.
