We were very impressed with our first visit to Golden Peacock! After discovering that our longtime “go-to” Chinese food establishment in Springfield, underwent a change of ownership (we had been loyal customers there, for over 30 years), and that along with the change of ownership, came changes to the food (not for the better), we realized that we needed to begin a search for a new, replacement “go-to” Chinese restaurant.
