When I ordered a boba drink, I was not given a straw. This is fine, but when I went up to ask for one I was consistently ignored by several employees. When one employee did respond, I asked for a boba straw, and very obviously got a regular size straw. After waiting and being ignored again, I was handed another regular straw and gave up.

Stopped here on the way to upstate New York and was pleasantly surprised! The baristas delivered amazing service, and even brought our food to our table. The only thing was one of the Peach Green Tea Lemonades did not taste as it normally does, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. Highly recommend!

First and foremost this was my first time ever going to this Starbucks and only because I was in the area for work. That said, I had a wonderful overall experience! They weren't very busy at this point (around 12:30 pm on a Sunday) but I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a couple of the workers. Noah was the guy that took my order and what a friendly gentleman he was! If I was the manager there I would be so proud to have someone like him on the team! Great customer service, great aura and mannerism, treated me as a valued customer AND a person - seems like a lost art these days, generally speaking (unfortunately). He took my order accurately, maybe I should say perfectly. My breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, & cheese) was just right, not overcooked in the oven (sometimes they are) and the gentleman barista made my iced shaken espresso in exquisite fashion ... aka perfect! Nothing but good things to say about this store given my singular experience, I wish I lived close by!
P.S. DM take notice, given my many years (in the past) in customer service I know a good person when I see and interact with them. Please give Noah a raise, he absolutely makes this store a gem!!
P.P.S For the record, every employee I interacted with here was very friendly! Great job team!!

i tried the matcha latte with oatmilk & lavender foam & its amazing, im hooked!! i dont understand the price of the large being $7 but i guess its inflation & the way things are these days. that being said i probably make this my once a week treat to myself...lol
